Three reasons shopping Goodwill is a Good Thing

Whether its shoes or even a headband you’re on the hunt for, that feeling we get when we’ve bought something new that matches an outfit perfectly is the greatest thing since WiFi. And if you’re anything like me, it’s my mission to reach that ultimate feeling of euphoria every time I step foot in a store to shop.  And when I shop Goodwill, I get euphoria and more knowing my shopping adventure will end in unique buys at low prices all while doing good for people with disabilities and homeless veterans. But if you need more reasons why you should be shopping Goodwill, feel free to keep reading.

Make Mother Earth Happy – At this juncture, we should all be working towards a lifestyle of sustainability. That’s why when you choose to shop Goodwill you’re taking the necessary steps for the preservation of the planet we all enjoy. Go green and save green at the same time, what could be better than that?

Variety – Don’t you just hate going from store to store only to find the same styles of clothing hanging on the walls and rounders? Thank goodness for Goodwill! Shop Goodwill and take a ride in a DeLorean at 88 miles per hour to find vintage fashions from great decades like the 70s and 80s, or rip the runway in styles straight from New York’s fashion week. It’s entirely up to you, and that is the magic of Goodwill!

Affordability – These days it’s hard to find good quality clothing at affordable prices, but when you shop Goodwill, good quality name brand clothing (if that’s what you like) is exactly what you’ll find. This is especially important when raising continually growing children who are constantly blowing through sizes or have various occasions where a new outfit or two is required.

And here’s an added bonus, go Green, save green and earn green when you become a part of the Goodwill team! We’re looking for people like you to become job coaches, truck drivers, cashiers and so much more here at Goodwill. Apply online at or check out all the available positions here at Goodwill.
