Walk into Fall with confidence
Which do you prefer, bags or shoes? Personally, a great bag compliments your outfit, but your shoe choice either makes or breaks the entire look. Take your look from so-so to ‘Oohh La La La’ with the right pair of shoes found right here at Goodwill. Here are a couple of fall shoe fashion trends to be on the lookout for this year.
Bright Colors – Yellow and red are front and center colors this fall appearing in everything from jackets and coats and of course, shoes. Bright yellow is loud and eye-catching, especially if you’re wearing it on your feet, but if you’re not the bright and loud type, step into fall with a darker, more reserved shade like mustard or canary yellow. Walk with confidence in a pair of yellow canvas shoes and a nice pair of dark blue jeans and a navy blue sweater. Not into yellow on your feet, no problem. Try colors like; bubblegum-pink, vivid red or luminous green, they’re all at the top of the list among the hot fall shoe trends this year.
Patterns – plaids, checks and other patterns are most definitely on the come up, not just for skirts and tops, but for shoes as well. And if you’re a fan of the flat shoe, as well as patterns, your feet should get incredibly excited about the combination of the two this fall. Also, flat shoes are getting a fresh new look as creative designers decorate this year’s fall shoe with a bit more outlandish, out of the ordinary floral pattern found in the stitching or buckles of shoes, or little miniature brooches that hang from the top of a pair of high boots.
Whether you’re into bright colors, patterns, or a little bit of both, Goodwill has the right shoe for you at one of our 17 retail locations. And don’t forget to download your $5 off coupon online at www.goodwillbargains.com for this month’s featured store location, Cheviot.
